Further professional education

The education center of FSBI “NMRC RB” of the Ministry of Health of Russia was established in April 2018 and carries out educational activities in the field of higher and additional professional education under the license of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science series 90LO1 No. 009723, issued on 04 September 2017 (registration No. 2631), and the certificate of state accreditation series 90A01 No.0003062 of 17 October 2018 (registration No. 2917).

Admission of specialists for training on additional professional programmes is carried out in accordance with the Rules for admission and annually approved academic calendar of training on additional professional programmes of further training and professional retraining under educational contracts for training on additional professional programmes with an individual specialist or a legal entity that undertakes to pay for the training of a person enrolled for training, including educational service contracts at the expense of the resources of rationed insurance reserves of territorial compulsory health insurance funds.

Please note that electronic applications for training, as well as applications from organizations, sent to the Education Center of FSBI “NMRC RB” of the Ministry of Health of Russia by e-mail, as well as those delivered personally by the trainee, will be accepted not later than one week before the expected start date of the additional professional programme.

Training is provided both on-the-job and off-the-job and according to individual plans. The forms, terms of study, content and technology of further vocational training programmes are determined on the basis of qualification requirements, professional standards and the need to meet state educational standards for secondary vocational and higher education in the relevant speciality. Successful graduates are awarded certificates of education of the established standard.

Please note that only non-cash payment is possible. Tuition can be paid at branches and terminals of any bank or by using the Sberbank Online system, with a receipt provided to the Education Center of FSBI “NMRC RB” of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Training in different additional professional programmes provided within the same timeframe is not permitted.
