"Healthy Back" programme

Medical rehabilitation programme for a daytime in-patient facility on a commercial basis. (The cost of the programme is 100 000-150 000 rub.)

The programme is aimed at strengthening the back muscles. A specially selected set of exercises and procedures is designed for any level of fitness and physical development, regardless of age. The programme is also a good prevention of musculoskeletal system diseases, helps to keep the spine healthy, improve posture, and feel the previous flexibility and ease.

The programme includes:
- Consultation with a physiotherapist;
- Consultation with a physiotherapist for exercise therapy;
- Consultation with a chiropractor;
- Manual therapy for diseases of the peripheral nervous system;
- Robotized mechanotherapy;
- General hydrogalvanic baths;
- Medical back massage;
- Therapeutic mineral baths (general), therapeutic hydrogen sulphide baths;
- Seaweed wraps, therapeutic mud treatment;
- General hydrogalvanic baths;
- Exposure to interference currents;
- Exposure to a low frequency pulsed electrostatic field (Hivamat);
- General magnetotherapy;
- Shock-wave therapy;
- Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for diseases of the peripheral nervous system;
- Low-intensity laser radiation of the skin ("HILT therapy");
- Exposure to a high-intensity pulsed magnetic field ("superinductive system" apparatus);
- Traction for diseases of the peripheral nervous system (spinal sagging in fresh water).
