This information was announced by Maxim Yakovlev, deputy director for strategic development of medical activities of NMRC for Rehabilitation and Balneology of the Ministry of Health of Russia, during a working visit of colleagues from "Serebryanka" health and recreation centre of the Republic of Tyva and Pyatigorsk municipal clinical hospital.
In total, representatives of medical and health resort organizations from more than 70 regions of the country, including the People's Republic of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republic and Zaporizhzhia, visited NMRC for Rehabilitation and Balneology of the Ministry of Health of Russia in 2023.
"NMRC for Rehabilitation and Balneology of the Ministry of Health of Russia is the country's leading institution for medical rehabilitation and spa treatment. Colleagues from Tyva and Pyatigorsk were able to communicate with specialists and heads of departments. The purpose of such visits is to inform the guests about the advanced technologies and innovative methods in the field of medical rehabilitation used at the Centre, the organization of the treatment and diagnostic process, the basic principles of the work of the departments and the equipment used, including control over the accounting of treatment procedures and the management of medical documentation in general. I am sure that the knowledge acquired from highly qualified specialists will help to improve the efficiency of regional healthcare institutions," said Maxim Yakovlev. As part of their visit to NMRC for Rehabilitation and Balneotherapy of the Russian Ministry of Health, specialists from the Republic of Tyva and Pyatigorsk were shown the intensive care unit, patient rooms, shungite room, physiotherapy, robotic mechanotherapy and balneotherapy rooms.
"It was my first time that I visited your Centre. The visit was extremely interesting and useful. I liked the concept of space allocation, the relaxation room for for stress relief - I would like to have it in my department. Basically, we have the same equipment - we have received 74 pieces of equipment this year. We will come back to our region and implement your recommendations to the extent possible," Oksana Manina, head of the medical rehabilitation department and rehabilitation physician of Pyatigorsk Municipal Clinical Hospital, shared her impressions.
