“Young scientists club” project is intended for students, residents, postgraduates, for those young people who are interested in research in the field of regenerative medicine, and who would like to apply innovative methods of diagnosis and treatment in their planned research work and medical practice.
First of all, "Young scientists club" is a platform for communication and exchange of experience, as well as joint training to upgrade the professional qualification and improve the quality of medical care for the population of our country.
Club organizer - Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Balneology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The aim is to train qualified specialists in the field of regenerative medicine, who conduct modern research in accordance with international standards and are capable of introducing innovative techniques into practical healthcare.

- assisting young scientists in the preparation of research projects and registration of the results of intellectual activity (RIA);
- assistance in the improvement of young scientists' qualification in the field of legal issues and methodology of scientific research;
- improving the quality of R&D that meets international requirements and good practices.
The participation in the club implies scientific communication with supervisors, mentors and colleagues, both on-line (by e-mail, social media, etc.) and face-to-face during meetings and seminars organized by the club. The programme of the club seminars will be structured in such a way as to address and disclose those topics that are not covered in the higher and postgraduate medical education programmes.

- problems of preparing works for publication, including in foreign printed sources;
- rules of correspondence with editorial offices of journals and reviewers;

Club participants will have an opportunity to take an advanced course in evidence-based medicine. The most active Club participants will receive awards in the form of diplomas, certificates for training and exchange of experience in the best research centres of the country and the world, recommendations from leading scientists - Club mentors.
