"There is a very serious pharmaceutical lobby that does not consider non-medicinal treatments as a treatment at all. There is such a trend. The main task of the release of this concept, as seen by the professional community and us, is to definitively state that sanatorium and spa treatment is medical care, and the institutions that provide these types of care have acted and should act on the basis of a medical license," Natalia Startseva reported.
